Here’s a breakdown of how the process works:
- Initial Consultation: We will begin with a brief 10-minute call, during which you can share the current sleep challenges you and your little one are facing. This will help me gain a better understanding of your situation.
- Questionnaire: Following the call, you will be provided with a detailed questionnaire. By filling it out, you will provide me with valuable insights that will allow me to assess whether I can effectively assist you and your little one.
- Follow-up Call: Once I have reviewed your questionnaire, we will have a follow-up call to address any remaining questions or concerns and to finalize the sleep plan. This ensures that we are aligned in our approach and have a clear strategy in place.
- Scheduling: Once we have agreed on the sleep plan, we will schedule a start date. This is when the journey towards restful nights truly begins!
